Reportedly, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) launched the result of the expiry review of its orders on hot rolled carbon steel plates from China, made on January 9th, 2008.

The CITT found that the dumping of the Chinese HR carbon steel plates may continue to hurt the local industry.

Therefore, the Canada Border Services Agency will continue to impose antidumping duties on the Chinese HR carbon steel plates.
